Hi everyone! Today I'll be sharing my favourite recipe for chocolate chip, no-bake energy balls. These take literally minutes to make and are filled with good-for-you ingredients. They also make for the easiest, portable breakfast/snack!
Ingredients:
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup chocolate chips
3 tablespoons chia seeds
1/2 cup peanut butter
4 tablespoons honey
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Add and stir all of the listed ingredients together in a large, mixing bowl. Once stirred, I like to throw the mixture into the fridge for about 45 minutes. This makes the process of forming the balls WAY easier.
Once your mixture has chilled, roll it into balls of your desired size. I like to lay them out on a baking sheet and throw them into the freezer for half an hour (I like mine super cold)! However, once they're rolled they're ultimately ready to eat! You can store your leftover energy balls in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks or you can even freeze them for up to 3 months.
Enjoy!
